Terms of Service

The short version: this is an educational and workflow tool for content creators. It gives guidance, not guarantees — platforms change their rules without telling us, and your results are your own. Don't misuse the service, follow the platforms' own terms, and check load-bearing facts against the linked primary sources before betting money on them.
YouTube API Services
Where EverySqueeze reads from or publishes to YouTube, it does so through YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's use of information it receives is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You may revoke EverySqueeze's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what we read, what we write, and what we retain.
1. What the service is
EverySqueeze ("the service", formerly The Repurposing Roadmap) provides educational content, checklists, interactive guidance, and — where you explicitly connect an account — features that read your own data from third-party platforms to give you personalised recommendations about repurposing and monetizing your content.
2. What it is not
- Not financial, legal, or tax advice. Commission rates, eligibility gates, and programme rules described here are researched and dated, but they belong to the platforms and change without notice. The service links primary sources so you can verify.
- No earnings guarantees. Nothing here promises income. Results depend on your content, your audience, and decisions the platforms make.
- Not affiliated with TikTok, Amazon, Meta, Google, Pinterest, or Trybe. All trademarks belong to their owners. References are descriptive.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must be 18 or older. Every programme the service describes requires it.
- Follow each platform's own terms and policies when acting on guidance from the service — including disclosure obligations (FTC and platform-level) described in the compliance section.
- Don't scrape, resell, or republish the service's data feeds or content wholesale; don't probe, overload, or attempt to breach the service; don't misrepresent your identity when connecting accounts.
4. Connected accounts
Features that connect third-party accounts (for example TikTok Shop) act only with your explicit authorization, request the minimum scopes the feature needs, and are governed by our Privacy Policy — including deletion when you disconnect. You may disconnect at any time in the service or by revoking access on the platform's side.
5. Affiliate links
Some outbound links are affiliate links, labeled where they appear. If you purchase through one, Elli & Tee Inc. earns a commission at no additional cost to you. Recommendations are not conditioned on affiliate relationships, and free alternatives are listed first where they exist.
6. Intellectual property
The service's original content, design, and code are © Elli & Tee Inc. You may use the guidance for your own creator business, including with your team. You may not resell or republish the service or substantial parts of it.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" and may change, gain, or lose features at any time. We aim for accuracy and date our claims, but we do not warrant that any fact remains current after its check date. Material changes to these terms will be dated here and noted on the "What's changed" page.
8. Browser extension & account automation
The EverySqueeze browser extension operates inside your own browser session on third-party platforms (such as Amazon). At your direction it can read your published content library and, if you explicitly run those features, take actions on your accounts — for example accepting Creator Connections campaigns, opting products into Sponsored Products for Creators, adding affiliate links to your video descriptions, or cross-posting videos to other marketplaces. Every such action is made by your account and constitutes your own commitment on that platform. Automated features are off by default, require your explicit confirmation before first use, and can be stopped at any time. You are responsible for reviewing what the tools accept, publish, or change, and for your compliance with each platform's own terms. Third-party platforms may change or restrict such functionality at any time.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elli & Tee Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost revenue, platform account actions, or decisions made in reliance on its content. Total liability is capped at the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
